Urban Blossoms

For Design 2 (IAD 310), the design was focused on a three-story condo in the Mission district of San Francisco. The top two stories were owned by an extended family and included varying ADA necessities, while the garden-level unit was a low-income rental property. In addition to focusing on ADA requirements and Universal Design properties, special attention was given to use of sustainable furnishings and materials.
