A Room With a View

In Design 4 (IAD 410), the project was focused on a LEED certified, 8 room assisted living facility. The goal was to create a design that would pass LEED certification based on certain criteria, such as using an existing building and creatively attaining as many points possible from a design aspect, while creating a design focused on memory-loss residents.
